SUBJECTS TO APPLY FOR BUSINESS LICENSE.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\">A business license shall be reissued to a foreign-invested economic organization in one of the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Relocating the headquarters from one province to another province.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\">The business license is lost or damaged.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\"><em>Legal basis: Article 17 of Decree No. 09\/2018\/ND-CP.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_2_SEQUENCE\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span>2. SEQUENCE.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 1:<\/span> Preparing the required dossier.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 2:<\/span> Submitting<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\"><strong><em>In case of reissuing business license due to relocating the headquarters from one province to another province<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Within <strong>10<\/strong> working days from the date on which the modified enterprise registration certificate is obtained, a foreign-invested economic organization shall apply in person, by post, or via the Internet to the Department of Industry and Trade of the province to which the headquarters is relocated.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify; list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\"><strong><em>In case of <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>reissuing a business license because it is lost or damaged<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\">A foreign-invested economic organization shall apply in person, by post, or via the Internet to the Department of Industry and Trade that issued the license.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 3:<\/span> The Department of Industry and Trade receives the application<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Within<strong> 3<\/strong> working days from the date on which the application is received, the Department of Industry and Trade shall verify it and request necessary modifications if it is inadequate or unsatisfactory.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\">Step <\/strong><strong style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\">4: <span style=\"color: #282828;\">Receiving results<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px;\">Within 5 working days from the date on which an adequate and satisfactory application is received, the Department of Industry and Trade shall reissue a business license; if the application is refused, there shall be an explanation in writing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em><u>Note:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Within <strong>5<\/strong> working days from the date on which the business license is reissued, the foreign-invested economic organization, in case of relocating the headquarters as prescribed in clause 1 Article 17 of Decree No. 09\/2018\/ND-CP, shall return the former business license to the Department of Industry and Trade of the province to which the headquarters is relocated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #333333;\"><em>Legal basis: Article 19 of Decree No. 09\/2018\/ND-CP.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_3_PROFILE_COMPOSITION_AND_QUANTITY\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a03.
