PROFILE COMPOSITION.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">An applicant shall prepare documents for business registration as specified in Article 23 of Decree No.01\/2021\/ND-CP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; background-color: #ffff00;\">Please follow the link to get the procedure for <strong>REGISTRATION OF ESTABLISHMENT OF A MULTI-MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>COMPANY.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In addition to the above documents, in case of separation of the company, the dossier shall include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A valid copy enterprise registration certificate or other equivalent papers of the separated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Resolutions and decisions of the separated company on the separation of the company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A copy of the minutes of the Members&#8217; Council for a multi-member limited liability company (of the separated company), of the General Meeting of Shareholders for a joint-stock company (of the separated company) on the separation of the company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Quantity: 01 set.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"B_SEQUENCE\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>B. SEQUENCE.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><\/span> All members of the enterprise shall mutually agree to ratify a resolution or decision on the separation of the company and the company&#8217;s charter.
