Method of implementation<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">:<\/span> In person or by post<\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Organizations must send 01 set of documents to apply for work permits in person or by post or email to the website <em>http:\/\/www.vieclamvietnam.gov.vn<\/em> of the Department of Employment (under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In case organizations apply for a work permit as prescribed in Article 4 of the Circular No. 24\/2015\/TT-BLDTBXH dated July 13, 2015 by email to the website <em><a href=\"http:\/\/dvc.vieclamvietnam.gov.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>http:\/\/www.vieclamvietnam.gov.vn<\/strong><\/a>,<\/em> before receiving a work permit, organizations shall submit a set of dossier in person or by post as prescribed in Article 4 of Circular No. 24\/2015\/TT- BLDTBXH dated July 13, 2015 to the Department of Employment (Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"b_Processing_time_03_working_days\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">b. Processing time<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\"><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">:<\/span> 03 working days.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_PROFILE_COMPOSITION\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>3\/ PROFILE COMPOSITION<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">01 Original of written request for issuance of work permits submitted by organizations <em>(Form 2-TT24);<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">01 original of the Written consent to hire the science and technology experts granted by competent authorities in accordance with Article 11 and Article 12 of the Decree No. 87\/2014\/N\u0110-CP or the written permission to hire science and technology experts granted by the Prime Minister in accordance with Clause 2 Article 3 of the Decree No. 87\/2014\/N\u0110-CP;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">01 Certified true copy of the original passport or valid substitutes or international travel documents;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">02 color photos (size 3cm x 4cm, white background, with face straight on, bare head and without wearing color glasses).
