SEQUENCE.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Step 1: <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The foreign trade promotion organization shall apply the request of a license to the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency &#8211; Ministry of Industry and Trade.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Step 2: <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Within 15 working days from the date of receipt of a complete dossier, the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency shall consider granting a license to the foreign trade promotion organization. In case of refusal, a written reply must be given stating the reason.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_4_METHODS\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>4. METHODS.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Directly submit the dossier to the Ministry of Industry and Trade or via post to the address: Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency &#8211; 20 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hanoi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_PROFILE_COMPOSITION_AND_QUANTITY\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>5.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>PROFILE COMPOSITION AND QUANTITY.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;
