SUBJECTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A branch of foreign trader shall terminate its operation in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">It is so requested by the foreign trader.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The foreign trader terminates its operation under the law of the country or territory in which such trader was established or registered its operation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The foreign trader does not apply for an extension of the branch establishment license upon the expiration of the operation period stated therein.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The licensing agency refuses to extend the branch establishment license upon the expiration of the operation period stated therein.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The representative office or branch establishment license is revoked under <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Article 44 of Decree 07\/2016\/ND-CP<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The foreign trader or its representative office or branch no longer satisfies one of the conditions specified in <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Articles 7 and 8 of Decree 07\/2016\/ND-CP<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_2_SEQUENCE\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>\u00a02. <\/strong><strong>SEQUENCE.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #e14d43;\"><strong>Step 1: <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A foreign trader may submit directly, by post or online (if applicable) a dossier of request for termination of operation of its branch to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #e14d43;\"><strong>Step 2: <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall examine and request the applicant to supplement the dossier if it is neither complete nor valid. The request for supplementation to the dossier shall be made only once during the process of handling the dossier.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #e14d43;\"><strong>Step 3: <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid dossier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall post the termination of operation of the branch on its website.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_METHODS\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>3. METHODS.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Directly submit at the Ministry of Industry and Trade or via post.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #282828;\">Submit your application online on the portal: https:\/\/dichvucong.moit.gov.vn\/<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_PROFILE_COMPOSITION_AND_QUANTITY\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>4\/ PROFILE COMPOSITION AND QUANTITY.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pursuant to <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Article 36 of Decree 07\/2016\/ND-CP<\/span>, (&#8220;<strong>Decree<\/strong>&#8220;) dossier of request for termination of operation of the branch shall consist of:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"height: 504px;
