CASES WHERE THE LAND USER IS NOT ENTITLED TO <\/strong><strong>LAND <\/strong><strong>COMPENSATION <\/strong><strong>PURSUANT TO<\/strong><strong> LAND LAW 2013.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #282828;\">Land compensation is the return of the value of land use rights by the State to the acquired land area to the land user.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #282828;\">Compensation is made by allocating other land with the same land use purpose as the acquired land.
