According to the provided information, we can identify your company as a multi-member limited liability company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In terms of your question, we would like to reply as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_We_cant_withdraw_capital_from_a_multi-member_limited_liability_company\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">1. We can&#8217;t withdraw capital from a multi-member limited liability company<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">According to <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Clause 2 Article 50 of the Law on Enterprise 2020<\/span>, provisions on capital withdrawal for members of a multi-member limited liability company are stated as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #f7e4ba;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201c2. You can request the company to repurchase your stakes:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Article 51 of the Law on Enterprise 2020<\/span> stipulates:<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #f7e4ba;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #282828;\"><em>\u201c1. A member is entitled to request the company to repurchase that member\u2019s stake if that member has voted against a resolution or decision of the Members&#8217; Council on the following issues:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282828;\"><em>a) Amendments to regulations of the company&#8217;s charter on rights and obligations of members and the Member&#8217;s Council;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282828;\"><em>b) Reorganization of the company;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282828;\"><em>c) Other issues prescribed by the company&#8217;s charter.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282828;\"><em>2. A written request for stake repurchase shall be sent to the company within 15 days <\/em><em>from the day on which the resolution or decision mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article is ratified.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282828;\"><em>3. Within 15 days from the day on which the request mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article is received, the company shall repurchase that member\u2019s stake at market value or at a value determined in accordance with the company&#8217;s charter, unless another value is agreed upon by both parties. The payment shall only be made if the company is still able to pay its debts and other liabilities afterwards.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282828;\"><em>4.
