Circular 06\/2021\/TT-BLDTBXH<\/span> stipulates that the monthly salary for compulsory social insurance contribution does not include other regimes and benefits<\/strong> such as:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Bonuses according to the results of production and operation of business, the level of work completion of employees;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Initiative bonus;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Mid-shift meal;<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Petrol allowance;<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Phone allowance;<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Transportation allowance;<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Housing allowance;<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Childcare allowance;<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Child-rearing allowance;<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Allowance when the employee has a dead relative;<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Allowance when the employee has a married relative;<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Allowance for the birthday of the employee;<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Allowance for employees in difficult circumstances when suffering from occupational accidents;<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Allowance for employees in difficult circumstances when suffering from occupational diseases;<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. Other allowances shall be recorded in a separate item in the labor contract.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The above are incomes not subject to Social Insurance contribution.<\/span><\/p>\n
