Can employee working less than 12 months enjoy annual leave?

Hello lawyer. I am currently working as a salesperson for a company.

On 01/04/2021, I started my probationary period.

On 01/06/202,1 I signed an official contract for a period of 1 year.

On 06/12/2021, I had personal business so I asked the company for permission to take 5 days off as my annual leave.

However, the company did not agree with the reason that I had not worked for 12 months so I couldn’t have annual leave.

So I’d like to ask that is the company’s settlement in accordance with the law?

If I work less than 12 months, can I enjoy annual leave? And if so, how are they calculated?
