SCOPE OF WORK
- Comprehensively advise on legal issues and investment policies in Vietnam;

- Advise on, assist in drafting, reviewing and giving opinions on transaction documents;
- Advise on tax declaration, accounting, procedures for opening bank accounts, buying invoices for foreign-invested enterprises;
- Represent investors to participate in negotiations, settlements and legal proceedings to resolve disputes as well as carry out administrative procedures with relevant individuals/organizations.
- Draft records, documents and performing other legal work at the request of investors.
- Assisting in negotiations with partners, building joint venture contracts, business cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises;
- Monitoring the entire investment process and warning clients of possible risks;
- Assisting in market research, assessing benefits and risks for investors based on the legal system, policies and investment environment in Vietnam;
- Assisting investors in setting up different types of investment activities in Vietnam;
- Assisting clients in assessing potential business partners and locations, performing due diligence on target companies or properties;
